Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or address issues.

Shipping is currently free for eligible orders. Tracking information will be emailed when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, contact us at tommybui7wolves@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging.
